Our executive Chef Yuan was born in Hongkong and started to study cookery when he was only 16 years old. In 1980 Chef Yuan decided to immigrate to America. Until now, he has dedicated himself in his cooking career for over 40 years.

During the past 40 years, Chef Yuan has been working for various different Asian style restaurants to fulfill his cookery exploration. As of now, his cooking skill is not only greatly complimented by Chinese and American society around Time Square in New York, buy also by those tourists coming from all over the world...
